Wednesday - Lakeview

Tomorrow we will wear Gold tops. Younger guys need to be there by 445 and Older by 6.
*Next week, I will be out of town but Allen will be at the workouts and if you are in town (If not, I need to know) you are expected to be at workouts on Tuesday and Thursday (Attendance will be taken all summer). On another note, In July, we will start weighing in weekly. We want you to enjoy the summer but we all can do some work while we enjoy a little down time. See you guys tomorrow.
