I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving, and all are looking to get back to work. It is GO time, and we are going to turn it up a notch from here on out. Tomorrow, we will have open cages from 2:45-3:30. From here on out, you need to plan on having multiple times on the same day, as we will be adding live ABs to the bullpen days. Also, we will begin our workouts at 5:45 am on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the weight room. If you are late or absent, you will not participate in 4 on 1s for the week. Again, we will start at 5:45 am and be done by 6:30. Also, you will need to complete the workouts to participate in the 4 on 1s. The season is not around the corner, but here, even though we can't start official practice. There will be a ton of moving parts, and everyone needs to be ready to work. I will send out the schedule for Tuesday through Friday tomorrow. So, if anyone has something coming up, you need to let me know bc we will not change the schedule on the day of 4 on 1s. Get Ready to Work! Also, you will be weighing after the workouts on Thursdays from here on out.
