Friday - Boston Butt Plans

Friday

Coaches will get the 1st Round of Butts going around 8am (We will pick them up as soon as Qfs opens at 7am).  

8-8:30am - 1st Round of Butts on the Smokers

-There will be plenty of stuff to do once we get those on if anybody is able to come and help

3:00PM - Pull the 1st round off and Prep for 2nd Round to go on the Smokers

- If MS Parents could come early to help out with cooking and getting ready to hand out btw 5-7pm.

6-10PM HS parents and players will help with finishing up the Boston Butts

Btw. 10-11 - Pull the last Butts off the Smokers (Put in Coolers for Saturday pickup)

Things we still need (If you have laying around the house you can loan through Saturday):

Fold out tables 

Big Coolers for the Butts

*We will be able to cook during the day, so we have added another pick-up time to the schedule if your people would like to pick-up on Friday.  They will still be able to pick-up on Saturday if they need to
